Doug Bailey has been in the entertainment industry his enLre life. In fact, it all began in

first grade, when his music teacher cast him as the lead in The LiTle Gingerbread Man.

That moment on stage dressed as a cookie, hearing the audience cheer ignited a lifelong

passion for performance and storytelling.

Doug has acted Off-Broadway, appeared in commercials, television, and film. As a singer,

he has graced stages with the Imperial Symphony Orchestra and the Orlando

Philharmonic, booked Equity contracts with Disney, and performed at iconic venues like

The Hard Rock Cafe and The House of Blues. Oh, and did I menLon? He once opened

for the Backstreet Boys.

In addiLon to his Lme on stage, Doug has spent nearly 40 years as a talent agent and

casLng director for major names like Disney, Universal Studios, and Nickelodeon. He’s

represented actors and models for top-Ler brands including Vogue Magazine and Marvel

Studios.

Now, Doug is channeling all that experience and storytelling magic into a new season—

public speaking. His book The Celebrity Factor peels back the curtain on showbiz and

teaches anyone how to shine like a star, no maTer their profession.
