As founder and CEO of Pretty Girl Makeup, Christina has spent years working with a long list of high-profile clients, including political figures like Condoleezza Rice. The conversation touched on what it’s really like behind the scenes of that work, and how she’s built a career out of creativity and adaptability.

The interview also turned to a much more personal topic: the sudden loss of her husband, Ken Flach, a former world #1 doubles tennis player, to sepsis. Christina has since become a dedicated advocate for sepsis awareness, working to make sure others understand the warning signs that she wishes she’d known sooner.
