Pumpkin Face Mask
Pumpkin is packed with vitamins A, C, and E, making it one of the most powerful natural ingredients for glowing, hydrated skin. Mix together and apply to your face for 15-20 minutes then rinse:
• ½ cup pumpkin
• ½ cup oatmeal
• 1 tbsp raw honey
• ¼ tsp olive oil
Pumpkin & Oatmeal Body Scrub
Exfoliate and nourish your skin from head to toe with this luxurious fall body scrub:
• 2 tbsp oatmeal
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 cup pumpkin
• 1 tbsp warm water
Mix together and massage gently onto damp skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your favorite moisturizer.
To-Go Infused Water Bar
Beauty starts from the inside out — and staying hydrated is the single most important thing you can do for your skin. Make this gorgeous infused water bar and grab a jar every time you head out the door:
• ½ cup basil and ½ cup mint
• 1 cup cucumbers
• 1 cup blueberries
• 2 lemons
• Water
Add everything to a large pitcher, let it infuse overnight, and enjoy all day long.
