Their goal is to sell — and that’s fine. But it means you’re rarely getting an objective opinion. True brand loyalty has to be earned, and it starts with honesty. Selling a customer a product that doesn’t suit her lifestyle, her skill level, or her features isn’t beauty. It’s just business.
